PAPER TOY MARKETING
Images from the mock up of the website
Carrying on from the paper toy brief we now had to market the toys within a team. We decided that some of the profit from the toys would go to LGBT charities hence the website was a very tacky gay bar.
MEET THE DART DIVAS
For this brief we were asked to design a set of 5 paper toys. I chose to create a darts team who just happened to be dressed in drag as famous music divas.
Tina Turner looks disturbingly like Rod Stewart.
TRAVEL JOURNAL
I have already started a travel journal/sketchook which hopefully I can fill over the summer. I want to start getting into the habit of always documenting the things around me and I thought this may be an interesting way to do it.
Just a few pages and some photos of Hiedelberg.

Prohibition
In 1919 in the USA the 18th Amendment to the Constitution made the manufacture, transport or sale of alcoholic drinks illegal. The Volstead Act, passed at the same time, declared any drink more than 5% proof alcoholic. This created a rise in organised gangs who took the oppurtunity to make money to sell illegal bootlegged alcohol. In 1933 the 21st amendment abolished prohibition because it just didn't work although the consumption of alcohol did decrease from before prohibition started.
